How does a phone consultation work?

At the Wellness Made Easy Integrative Health Center we work with patients over the phone and in person from all over the country.   The health programs that are designed are based on the results of lab tests that can easily be done in your home (with the exception of a test that requires a blood draw). Most tests that are used require stool, saliva, and urine samples.

All of the designed health programs are based on lab tests that assess the function of the three body systems: hormonal, digestive and detoxification (not just symptoms).  


During your initial phone consultation we will review your personal and family health history and make recommendations for lab tests that are appropriate for your specific health issues.

Once your lab work has been completed, the results of your tests will be explained to you in a follow up consultation.  An individualized health program will be created specifically for you which will include one or more of the following: diet changes, nutritional supplements, and exercise, lifestyle and stress management recommendations. Subsequent consultations are scheduled to monitor your progress and to modify your program.


How long is the initial consultation?


Your first consultation will take 45-60 minutes and include a detailed patient history.       
A follow up consultation to go over lab results and specific health protocols for 30-60 minutes.  And subsequent monthly check in's anywhere between 5-15 minutes based on the patients need.


What is the fee for a consultation?


The length of follow-up consultations depends on how many lab tests you have done and the complexity of your issues.

  • Methods of payment are: Personal check (sent in advance) Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
  • Payment is due directly after the consultation through an electronic pay-pal invoice.
  • All consultations are time recorded from the time the appointment begins; you will only be billed for the actual time used.

What do I need to do to get started?


   1. Complete New Patient Paperwork: Patient form 1, Patient form 2.

   2. Prior to your consultation fax the New Patient Paperwork to 707-227-1529 or email it
       to office@wellnessmadeeasy.com.

   3. Please email office@wellnessmadeeasy.com or call the office at 415-763-8554 to
       schedule your initial appointment.
